Not too far away, the OHSU Center for Health and Healing stands tall, reflecting the state’s beautiful blend of innovation and sustainability brilliantly. Reminiscent of the healing waters of the Tamolitch Blue Pool, the building features a sophisticated wastewater system that reclaims and treats sewage, saving a whopping 5 million gallons of water every year!

A former warehouse converted into an office building, this space is as sustainably playful as our annual UFO Festival in McMinnville. It’s got a living roof that controls stormwater runoff, massive amounts of reclaimed timber, and a clever natural ventilation system making it feel as refreshing as a zipline ride through the Mt Hood Adventure Park.
